Kids go free on the Saturday of New Zealand's first-ever Day-Night Test at Eden Park, 22-26 March.

Five days and five nights of fun

There’s something for everyone at this inaugural event

As we get stuck back into the grind of work and beach days become few and far between, there's still a one-of-a-kind event in Auckland to look forward to, and it’s full of fun, stunning sunsets and delicious food.

New Zealand’s first-ever Day-Night Test sees five days and nights of food markets, craft beer, family fun and of course, seeing the BLACKCAPS, the best cricket players in the world, in action against England at Eden Park.

Each night offers something different alongside the game: kicking off on Thursday, 22 March, is a great work night out for the team. Gather your workmates and clients together for tastings, haircuts, and bowling after work and cheer on the BLACKCAPS at this special networking night.

Friday, Day 2 of the event, is not to be missed – a Night Market, powered by Kennards Hire, will serve great food from Auckland's favourite eateries to enjoy with a craft beer. Saturday makes for a great family day out, there’s a sports showcase for kids to try out different sports and they can run free on the field during the dinner break; best of all, one kid goes free with every paying adult on Saturday.

Night market

The Night Market will offer some of Auckland's favourite eateries, like Taco Loco, Black Stag Deli and many more.

On Sunday, round up some mates for a chilled session at Eden Park and soak up the afternoon sun before the final showdown on Monday, when the match could go down to the wire.

There’s a variety of ticket options on offer: grab a ticket to one of the days, or all days, and if you’re stuck at work till 5, a Twilight ticket (entry after 4pm) is a great alternative to the Full Day pass.

Each day and night of the Test is a new way to experience sport – find your perfect night here.
